💥 10 years ago, I was in Sport Psychology academia. Teaching university classes, running grad school programs, writing journal articles and conducting research. I had 2 kids under the age of 5 years old and went into my bosses and told them I was leaving at the end of the semester.

💥 It was a hinge moment that connected who I was with who I would become. It took years for my business to flourish, but it was because of training, not always testing myself.
